do u realize that however Limited the pool is, Its still the pool, by chance is any other user gets a single IP from this pool he is banned. but I guess its better choice that let admins decide the action they know it better. I hope thaey are reading this one

The IP thing won't work for another reason too, a determined spammer (by which i mean one who intends to clutter up the site with advertisements or links to them) could always use proxies, or even anonymouse.org, not sure about the latter. Manual clean-up is the only way..mods, you have my sympathy.
