It's the PCCS, I have not coded it. Teams are not fed into the simulator, players form a team. Various player skills and attributes are available to assign to a player depending on his capabilities. And it's not like head and tails, if a team has all pathetic bowlers and if Sachin opens, then the chances of him doing well are very very bright. The simulation happens based on the player skills. It's a very nicely coded sim and produces very good and realistic results. In future if we have 50 over games too here, then I'll be using Sydur Rehman's cricsim for that. That sim is the best cricket sim available but unfortunately it cannot simulate T20 games.
