belive me they ask OPT for all essentials functions, ALL OF THEM... its sometimes becomes heck to do it..

You need your regular password.
You need your transaction password.
You need the OTP password.
You need digits from your Debit Card.

you are right except OTP , they didnt ask me even today , i paid my electricity bill online

For me they only ask DB details and VISA verified code. What is OTP?

One Time Password. It is only used if you have a mobile number connected to your account.

Incognito mode of browsers.

Incognito would not prevent keyword loggers. Just browser extensions. If they are disabled from working in Incognito mode.
