3G Plans are real funny...Senseless... they should encourage user to recharge more often by proving cheaper data like 100rs/1GB or 500rs/6GB..so it will end up in 7-10days in normal uses and user will go for another recharge once he is habituated of that kind of speed. Encourage user to spent on your product instead of discouraging by charging too much.

I have recharged with Rs. 945/- unlimited plan (in gujarat) but not getting 3G speed.. Does anybody facing such issue with this plan??

114 to 124 kbps (kilo bits per second).. Normally i get average 2.0 mbps speed in 3G

I am getting a speed of 2.7 Mbps in mumbai. I am using idea sim with Micromax MMX 400R wi fi modem. So far no problems with the connection or the modem. My PC has Tech Com 54 Mbps wireless card.
