I am using Idea Broadband at Pune for last 8 months. First 6-7 months it was nice service, and I got good speed of 2 Mbps before data allowance of 15 GB, and after that 512 Kbps unlimited.
But past 1 month I am facing issues with connectivity. WiFi is connected on mobiles, but it displays "No Internet". Same behavior observed on 3 mobiles and Laptop. I called Idea Broadband CC (which is different from regular Idea mobile CC) twice. Each time they said system is down and call back after 1 hour. During 1st call CC agent also suggested to remove cables, reboot router and start again. I did same, but no effect and internet was still not working. After sometime, internet will start working, but it would have same issue after 2-3 days.
Anybody facing similar issue of "Connect, No Internet" with Idea Broadband WiFi, or with any other Broadband WiFi service. Are they any steps which can be done from my side to resolve issue, if issue is related to my setup at home.
