If BSNL charging for using my friend Home 1000 plan

I am using my dataone 250 startup plan.... I am also using my friend's Home 1000 plan for last 2 days...I want to know if BSNL is charging for using others account?plz tell.........

i have read in another forum that they got a huge bill for using someone else's account, so you never know.....its better to be safe than sorry.

Check Usage everyday in both accounts.

When you use this program type your ID and Password and check usage.
Then your "FRIEND''s Id and password and check usage.
Confirm in whose acct the usage is logged.

If the line isnt portbinded and accessible from any other place the charges will be added to the accessed account only.if you are using your account it will be charged for you and if others it will be charged for others.it does not depend on Line it depends on Account only.
