well. a suicide investigation will definitely have to look into the abetment angle.
well that chap is not guilty free. 1. he should not have posted publicly for the whole world to see,something very private 2. he should have taken into a/c the emotional sensitivity of the girl. how she would react to the situation.3. being her bf,he knew the girl emotionally and the harm his "public" actions would cause to her phyche. i think,he did it on purpose to hurt her

i don't think that guy deserves this . if this does happen then its a mockery of our legal system to give public the impression that judicial system works . that guy is pretty much a kid . and yes, making and breaking with girfriends is fun @ that age . i don't think any human in his right mind can fall for that thing called "love" before the age of 30 .that girl was like most insecure teens ( in india most people remain in their teens even in their 20s because of low exposure to the real outside world because of living with parents till a very late age ). cards in archies gallery lie more than that guy can ever do and yet no cases are filed against them .

Average Human Life is 55 yrs and you think that a boy half of this age is kid. As per doctors after 30, high smoking and drinking can make a man impotent and you think 25 yrs Man is kid.Dude, kids are kids till teenager and IIM kind of Institution is not for kids. Those who are having best of the better minds get a chance to study in IIMs.As per Constitution too, at the age of 18 & 21, you are supposed to be called adult for gals and boys resp. I agree that this can be fun, but till teenager age only. That gal age is 23 and so called kid was 25 yrs old.So, that guy sud be beaten so hard on his ass that people like him never ever dare to repeat such kind of things.

The human mind is more complex than you can imagine, in the absence of this boy doing this, what if something else triggered the suicide, say one of her professors rebuked her in front of the class and that drove her to suicide. Would you advocate the same treatment for them too?And your adult argument goes against your point. When you are an adult, you are supposed to be mature enough to handle emotional stress.It's sad and that's it. No one is to blame. I am sorry but this wouldn't even have received any attention at all if the girl didn't study at an iim and Facebook wasn't involved.
