mascot, in strictly legal terms, manu is right. causing harm is a crime(irrespective of intent or after effects). Ever heard of Section 304 IPC? moreover even attempting to commit culpable homicide not amounting to murder is a crime under 308. and of course in legal speak retarded people dont stand criminal trial.

This was a casual oversight by the chap which might as well cost him his career to say the least. What with media ripping his happiness apart you cant expect the cops to stay put unless the guy is decently connected.

Lawyer ?

Average Human Life is 55 yrs and you think that a boy half of this age is kid. As per doctors after 30, high smoking and drinking can make a man impotent and you think 25 yrs Man is kid.

Dude, kids are kids till teenager and IIM kind of Institution is not for kids. Those who are having best of the better minds get a chance to study in IIMs.

As per Constitution too, at the age of 18 & 21, you are supposed to be called adult for gals and boys resp.

I agree that this can be fun, but till teenager age only. That gal age is 23 and so called kid was 25 yrs old.

So, that guy sud be beaten so hard on his ass that people like him never ever dare to repeat such kind of things.
average age in most prestigious b-schools in the world is around 27-29 . that is the age when a guy should go to a b-school . in india this age should be 30 as most people don't have a job during graduation . whether you like it or not , students in indian b-schools are just not as mature as students in most good b-schools across the world . most of the indians live with their parents till they graduate , that impacts their view of life as they still consider themselves kids . your comment here tells me that you lived with your parents till graduation or you got married near the age of 25 , which i don't think is the age at which an indian man should get married unless he has lived on his own after the age of 17 and that too atleast in 2-3 cities .

I am not getting your Age Vs Education logic.

What I understand is :

Age 5 yrs - Class 1
Age 15 yrs - Class 10
Age 17 yrs - Graduation (college)
Age 20 yrs - Master (B-School etc)

I have lived with my parents till 12th Board. After that lived as bachelor in 3 states and 6 cities for 10 yrs and married last year only.

Even I feel that ideally age of marriage should be between 25 - 30 . Not below that in any case.

P.S: Age vs Education standard mentioned implies for those who have never backlogged .

Pretty much a boy perspective mascot esp. concerns with age of marriage. the girls tend to get married faster and have a slightly different curve beyond 20.

Even idiots study @ IIMsThis girl wasted a seat for someone who was more in need of it. I seriously wonder how this highly immature girl got a seat in IIM. She cannot get over a relationship influenced by hormones, how could she ever become an IIM student let alone graduate from it !Pathetic !!

Hope to read few parts of this thread soon. Thanks Mascot for bringing this to my notice!

umm..to be fair human nature/behaviour is quite unpredictable, there really is no fixed standard for maturity..a lot of so-called mature people can be really childish regarding certain things and a lot of supposedly immature people can surprise you with their wisdom, understanding, and ability to handle difficult situations..

.

and BTW Mr. Krishnan that's absolutely incorrect. Crime is never separate from intent or effects.
