I do not get sms from the delivery company ikea uses. Every fucking delivery is a nuisance. Today was special. Usually they would just take my signature on a challan and leave. Today the guy has called me 4-5 times. I even had a chat with a senior guy. Told him that i have received the package but no otp sms has arrived on my phone. I am giving verbal confirmation. What else can I do.
