AFAIK, this does not seem to be a wi-fi modem! Right??

Well, i am looking for a used WA1003a or similar wifi adsl modem (purchased from BSNL)

if u mean wireless connecting modem by saying wifi....then yes u r right.. its not a wireless modem....it has cable input/outputs
