I'm unable to send SMS in Vi on the 579₹ plan

Has anyone else faced this issue where normal SMS's don't go through, and you have to manually recharge 10rs pack to send SMS. I tried to contact Vi but they just won't connect me to the Vi executive

this is so frustrating when I need to send SMS to the bank or something

for now i have sent PORT request to 1900 because that's the only way to get call back from Vi customer care
