If u dont have BSNL then you definitely have MTNL.MTNL serves Delhi and Mumbai(Plus some areas in Thne city and places like Mira Rd,Bhyander,etc)Dombivili is in Kalyan and only served by BSNL, so instead of MTNL triband u have BSNL DataoneEnjoy, u have better packages and rates than us in Mumbai:yahoo:
