I am very frustrated right now, i called airtel on the 10th that i am moving to a new location and needed them to come and transfer my broadband connection to the new apartment which is just approximately 400m away from the present location, since then they keep saying tommorrow and every other day they always promose tomorrow.
I got very angry today with them at thier office as i had to visit them since i think most of the customer care agaent couldnt understand English very well, after a long ranting they said they can not transfer me to that place beacuse of facility problem or so (dont know exactly what they mean because people in that same block are using airtel broadband).
The annoying part is i had to pay another one month (Rs 8000) rent in the former apartment because of the broadband whilst i have paid a new rent in the new aprtment....if they have said it i would not have wasted my 8000 rupees waiting for them to come and transfer it.
Now i dont know which other broadband in that area (South Ext 1, Kotla Mubarak Pur) and i cant stay without internet because i am a webmaster with lots of websites to manage and update.
Please if you are suggesting a broadband kindly please post thier number as i will like to get a connection ASAP like in the next 24hrs.
