Increasing YouTube Upload Speeds - Please HeLp Me Urgent

MTNL runs on adsl. They are deploying fibre. It takes time. Isn't gonna happen overnight.
How much time? we are just 35days away from End of the World:haha:, jokes apart but yeah if they lay Fiber Wires across Mumbai and Delhi lot of People here can have Peace of Mind, Good Initiative though.

You could make a start by asking the chaps at the CSC about the status of fibre deployment in your area

If u take a Reliance 2 or 4 Mbps Metro Ethernet connection u can achieve the same upload speed for sure.

So at the End there is no Legal way of getting the same Upload Speed as the DL Speed, i will try to Shorten and Compress the Videos and then Upload only, thanks for all your Suggestion Guys, Appreciate it.
