India Against Spam: Report spam SMS on Google Android!

I am tempted to remove the capability of SMS from my phone by modifying the appropriate setting.

After update its not picking up SMSs from Inbox when clicking on Report Spam SMS and also not picking up from call log to report spam call..what I am doing wrong?

Removed and re-installed but result is same on Galaxy S2.

That shouldn't happen. Can you check now and let me know? Also, please check if you have a sms/call from *unknown* number during last 3 days. Earlier than that are not shown.

I am on Eclair 2.1. I do not think I will even consider downloading it.

But I do support 2.1! Give it a try.

i am not a developer but i thought developers used a github like system locally to manage their codes and it maintain copies of all published releases.

github is paid for closed-source projects. I am not earning enough from this app as to pay for storage

landscape support is poor. there is no scrolling on this orientation.

I''m going to be really lazy about it and disable landscape altogether. So, it remains same when you tilt your phone or not

i have probably reported like 20 sms in the last week or so. i guess i would start getting the results starting next week. would be very interesting.
I have seen that weeks with auspicious days(Janamashtami) are favorite wit spammers. We Indian are suckers like that

i have tried that.......but all in vain , sms settings are just deeply inbuilt ,cannot be terminated. told u we are slaves with no rights:no:

@jdeepak, can u please add emailing capability to this application, because otherwise operator call back with the actions being taken aginst the spam reported.i told him to email instead , he said if i wanted emails, then spam reporting should be done with emails only.:Boy Phone:

@jdeepak - Downloaded. Looks better, was worried if would be unstable on 2.1 . Btw, score is 97. Would be resetting it. Would it be possible to increase to a bigger number like say 1000 in the next version?@Toocool - Yeah, best is to have an app that deletes all SMS by default

I wasn't aware you could email the report. Email support would be easy. If you can tell me all about it. Which id(common for all operators?) and what shold the format.
