Most of these sites are hosted in US or Europe which has struct anti child pornography laws.Hence these sites have no child pornography.And as SC said you cant stop anyone from watching porn in his home.

Fools at Telecom Department blocked entire file sharing sites because there were some porn uploaded to these sites. Great logic.

So if someone uploads a porn to Google drive, Telecom department will block whole Google network?!

Earlier, many file sharing sites are blocked under Blanket Bans by DoT. I use proxy/Google DNS to download academic material (ebooks, softwares etc) from these blocked sites.

Its actually a part of Make in India campaign. Shutting down foreign porn sites so that people get engaged into Desi porn sites.

At least they did something for Make in India campaign.
