People do what they want, get into limelight and pay MONEY to police to stay away from any arrest or legal cases.This is Gandhi's I N D I A where people have to make a movie (munnabhai) to spread Gandhi's message (of peace).
 
It is really sad. What we really need is an regulatory authority like ofcom in UK who can be an agency for complaints about crap shown on.
