Today evening, i have called customer care to inquire about plan change. they told me to call atleast three days in advance for plan change, if it happens at the month-end. they told to call on monday/tuesday to avoid holidays while plan change(if we place order on friday or saturday, it will take longtime for plan change). another point is, we can change the plan whenever we require to change. by this we will be charged on pro rata basis(plan rate/30X days used). this is the information gathered by me. any one please call 1800-424-1600 and please confirm this:thumbsup:
