The band have given a new track, 'Invisible', to (RED) for a free download on iTunes next week - for 24 hours only.
Every time the track is downloaded, anywhere in the world, a $1 donation will be made to (RED) by Bank of America - up to a total of $2m. All the funds will go to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.

Download "Invisible" from iTunes.
"We have another song we're excited about to kick off the album," he said. "This is just sort of a sneak preview -- to remind people we exist."
He added that "Invisible" was merely "the first one we finished" and that the band would like for the album to be out by this summer.

Right. Bill Clinton was promoting this thing. Realized iTunes was needed so dropped the idea.

Clinton posted about this song on his Twitter account.Twitter / billclinton: Download the #NewU2Song. It's ...I am not sure what I alleged here.In case you did not understand what I meant exactly...==I saw a tweet from Bill Clinton about this U2 promo to raise funds for charity. I clicked on the link to see that it went to Apple iTunes. Since downloading songs from iTunes requires me to download the app Apple iTunes, I decided to ignore this offer.==I hope this made my above statement clear.

U2's exclusive premiere of new single “Invisible” during the Super Bowl, in partnership with (RED) and Bank of America, raised more than $3 million for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria in 36 hours through free downloads on iTunes, the band announced Tuesday morning (Feb. 4). The success of the campaign prompted Bank of America to exceed its initial pledge of $2 million. All proceeds from additional copies of "Invisible" sold for $1.29 beginning today, will be donated to the Global Fund as well.
