IPv6 being issued by BSNL Broadband!

Can anyone give me a IPV6 public DNS of India... from mtnl or bsnl or any other where theserver is from India...

I found a dns ipv6 from india but it's of govt ip...

The above is Google's anycast routed IPv6 resolvers, and yes you'd get routed to the closest Google location, which would most likely be in India. I don't know how we'd get a 15ms latency to an international location around India.

Care to explain why you require an IPv6 resolver located in India which also needs to have a whois record with an Indian address?

Mostly probably the anycast dns server world be in Chennai or Bombay.
15ms is probably Chennai.
