Retail price. When you buy soft drink in a restaurant or a theater, you are not buying from a retail store. You are essentially buying it from a reseller who is adding value by providing a place to sit and enjoy that drink.
Why do you think Whiskey can be sold for 500 bucks per peg in a pub? Isn't that higher than MRP as well?

is that sure that court allowed them extra price for cooling??once i complained coca-cola regarding price, they had not told me that cooling charge is extra..

It had long been settled by the Supreme Court and the Delhi High Court that a consumer can be charged more than the MRP at a restaurant or a hotel, since he was enjoying the ambience and services (see box). Now, the verdict by the Consumer Commission settles the issue regarding the cinema halls as well. The question before the Commission was whether the counters on the palisade of cinema halls could be considered restaurants, allowing them to charge more than the MRP. And the ruling was that these had to be considered "virtual mini restaurants" which could be permitted to charge extra.

dexter has explained my part , we cant expect MRP in malls and theaters .
but in bus stands and railway stations MRP should be implemented
and i dont pay any cooling charge in any shop for cool drinks , the profit includes the selling expense too
if the shop keeper denies , i just dont buy from there

in my state there is not even a single shop which takes exact MRP except super markets.once i asked them, they r literally in fight with me..

Yes ..and even shopkeepers get those glass door fridges for little to free of cost from the softdrink company. They just have to pay for electricity which I think is included in the MRP of softdrinks. After all we know that 1liter of additives added carbonated drink wouldn't cost 45bucks!

well i dont simply just buy them , adding Rs 2 is not a matter , but why should we pay more ?
those guys already get a good margin selling soft drinks and like dexter said they get fridges free of cost and if they are going to charge us for their EB bills
fook off .
i have other shops to buy from , always have a eye on MRP guys , thats the Maximum Retail Price , we are already paying the MAX
