Irresponsible Dish TV

Guys, Please be cautious before buying dish tv because its customer service is 0%.I renewed my package well before my renewal date to watch IPL and the package was also not got activated.I called CC to activate the same.After 5 days the package got deactivated.I called CC and they gave me a complaint no and they told me it will get solved with in 4-24 hrs.After that whenever i call these CC they said it will take next 2 hr or so and finally at the end of 24 hrs they told me it will take 24-48 hrs.when i asked the CC connect to the Senior person...he is telling the Senior is attending another call and there is no escalation procedure with themIs this the way the Dish tv treat the customers.Currently i was not able to watch IPL..for which i renewed my package....Dish tv dont know how to treat the Customers...

great news buddy but we are already a dish tv user. what was the payment by which u paid that could also been a problem.
