A botnet attack on BSNL network is self replicating, right? Doesn't that mean both download and matters equally?
Also is it even legitimate news that it's a botnet attack?
 
@razpor Last couple of days though some time I got good speed as well. But mostly, it is slow, packet loss, pinging fails to 8.8.8.8.

@prabin can you give a status update? is network still infected with malware? what steps to recover are being taken? how long until it will be restored? thanks!
