Is Cable TV in India illegal ??

When i was watchin the world cup and the Afro-Asia cup they released a statement that used to run below in the screen that " If you are viewing these channels please note the 11 digit code and clall some no" So in that sense should cable be banned in India Thats the reason i moved to DTH:thumbsup::thumbsup: Cheers:yahoo::yahoo:

Well Brodcatser provide two feed, One for Cable and one for DTH feed. So they put that message.
