I live in gurgaon and our local cable op says that cas is being implemented and also some 20 channels were blanked.I see no news regarding implementation of CAS in the middle of march.They also siad that this is being done as Hatchway has acquired a majority stake.Is this true otherwise i am going to consumer court.
