Is chirithira available in SD?

Is the Malayalam channel chirithira available in sun direct? I was subscribing to Tamil Package. I wanted the Malayalam channels especially Asianet and Chirithira as addon. When contacted the customer care they told me that these two channels are not yet available in sun direct.

really funny customer care... chirithira is ONLY available in SD. i guess it's only available if you subscribe to the malayalam base pack.

Asianet and even Asianet + is there I think. Leave alone crap customer care can't yourself see the those channels in the list?

Chirithira is available with Freedom Malayalam pack. Even if you are not subscribed to it, you are not missing anything. They have been repeating the same scenes in the last one year. Looks like they do not have anybody to add new clips to this channel.
