I'm totally agree with you on all points, instead of one exception i mean to say about heating issue, actually i have a phone that is micromax canvas hd a11 and my phone become unusable just after 2 months of purchasing it started hanging, switching off automatically and lots of other issues which were really very annoying to me, my phone was still in warranty but i was aware of the fact that companies like micromax are very notorious about there after sales service so i was little afraid or getting lazy to go there I mean in there service centre or putting myself in trouble, but as i had no other option i went there, and explain them all the issues my phone was messing with, they deposited my phone and told me that it will take minimum 15 days and we will call you whenever it completes after 15 days i called them or even gone there but they told your phone is still not repaired we need a little more time i said ok take your time but i want my phone 2 work properly finally they called me via phone and i also received an e-mail to inform me that my phone is ready and i can bring it back so get there to receive my phone and i just found that the battery of my phone was empty when i was in service centre they told me your phone is working properly and you can check it in your home after recharging the battery i trusted them and moved to my home when i charge my battery and switched on my phone i suddenly found that my phone is still same as it was before going to service centre i was shocked, disappointed i have no word what my feeling was at that time, you know what my home is about 30km from that service centre so i was really feeling cheated as hell,, even now my phone become more poorer than before,,,, oh my god horrible memories..... But finally I just set my mood to take few further steps and i contacted micromax via e-mail, fax and phone calls, with lots of ethical and professional bravado, they insisted to give us one more chance by leaving my phone to that service center again and share a copy of your complaint job sheet to us, I did the same, but next when I get there, their reactions were really unexpected like sir you are wasting your time, all micromax phone has similar problems even my phone(a lady at counter) has similar problem but I'm adjusting then why can't you.... They refused to take my phone again as it was absolutely fine in there accordance... I told them I'm not here with my own wish but you officials at Gurgaon has sent me here and told them that I have done, then they taken my phone again and prepared a new job sheet for it, I simply emailed that to micromax headquarters at Gurgaon, and keep emailing them with proper ethical and professional bravado/ warnings, finally agin after 20 days I received a SMS that I can collect my phone back, now the sean was totally different when I visited there after showing them my job sheet, they started whispering and given my phone to me and said its motherboard, touch and battery has been changed now and I will never face any problem in future, I said thank you, but it is told to me that we cannot let you go before filling that satisfaction form in positive note only, I told them how I could be satisfied without checking my device completely, they said sir take your time, sit there on sofa, they served a coffee to me and I checked it in next 5mins as there was no other option..... Now 6months past my phone is buttery smooth even better than the first day of purchasing,,, and the most important point why I'm sharing all this is heating factor which quite normal with every single phone, but after that my phone never heated up even after playing highly graphic intensive games it remains icy cool... So it's a positive exception....
