As far as i am concerned, i am having quiet exceptional long fingers, and larger grip area. I am using ipod -touch, and its fine for me, if iPhone is same size, then no probs. Only problem was weight, its quiet bulky for pocket. I think new iphone would be plastic, so may be bit lighter now.

the only problem in holding it is the grip ... so i use a slim cover to get the grip
