I'm constantly having crappy speed on my broadband, youtube doesn't work like it used to and overall it's just become very frustrating for the past two months.

MTNL Delhi Is it just me or the speed has become really unstable?

They reduce speed, or you can say high fluctuation from month of January.
After speed switch from 2Mbps to regular speed.
512kpbps =30-50kpbs[ 40+ only after 12am sometimes]
1Mbps= 50-70kpbs.
this is the speed me & my friend getting from past 4 months After FUP.
Worst part is if you contact them related to speed problem they said itni speed thik to h or Connection katwa do.

I have been experiencing the same issue since Jan 2015. I usually get less then half of what I should get(around 50-60 kbps data transfer rate on a 1 Mbps connection) and not even that during peak hours. Having such a slow connection is extremely frustrating as it is practically useless. I tried everything I could think of to get it fixed. I asked everyone from the line man to the Area manager for help. None of them had any answers. I tried everything from my side. I replaced my modem, splitter, and even got the line man to replace wire from their junction box to my home. But nothing worked. The only hope now is divine intervention.
