ok..ok....i've downloaded 500mb without restarting my modem...but the usage page is not updated from 14th...:wall::wall::wall::wall:

Guys is it compulsory to switch off and on the modem after 2am or else will it be counted as normal usage!!!!????

Well one of my relative has confirmed this issue from a BSNL official in Chennai, after getting a huge bill for not rebooting the modem at 02:00 AM (Feb 08).
the official did'nt try to cure the problem but instead arguing "why u have'nt rebooted ur modem at 02:00 AM:wall:", lastly he told to go to Anna Nagar Office and meet some higher offecial.
did u want to be involved in such arguments/trips

Defnitely not...and chk the screenshot..i had downloaded without rebooting...but unfortunately there has a been a disconnection and at 2.03..but they have calculated till that point....

good for you.. but lots of disconnections ? or just sessions ?anyways.. if you can update, it would be useful for others.. So, i can get a proper answer to my question itself

(if there was no disconnection @ 2.03 and it was disconnected at 3.03, you might have got charged for that)anyways, update whenever you get a clear picture about it thanks for updates so far
