I need to provide internet sharing between two computers on Beam BB using Network Hub for a friend- They have budget constraints so they cannot buy a wi-fi routerSpecsTwo pc's --one running WinXP and the other is running Win7 ultimate . Both have 1 NIC-Beam uses some sort of Web Based Login which is tied to your MAC address.

I think you and your friend do not want to prefer a Wifi router as it is costly. My answer would be No way u can use it!

yup already found that .. might be possible through 1 extra NIC on PC but again you have to keep that On

it wont work using HUB coz it has no NAT . i tried the above setup, its not working but what the null plug is supposed to do?

What about DC++ hub? I've posted a query on beam facebook page askin whether we can use DC++ to share files and they replied "Sir, call customer care" When i called customer care .. that dude on other end had no idea what a "Hub" is

Hahaha, I think you should ask your local Beam technician about this.
