Is JIO AirFiber worth trying in kothrud pune?

currently i m using Tata play fiber 50mbps ..................................... so far dont have any complaints

but i had been using jio fiber before in chh. sambhajinagar for a while so

i have been trying for jio cable fiber but the technicians says its not available in my society and i will have to take airfiber only

after its trial period ends i will definitely use 30 mbps as my pack so is it worth giving a shot?

not worth going wireless if you already have TPF wired... unless you want it as a backup...

also @vishalrao brother were you provided with the TPF's Wifi 6 router Nokia beacon anytime?

So............
i had tried to apply for jio optic fiber but they were not ready to provide optic fiber and insisted on Airfiber so i cancelled the order

but i had paid the kyc guy 1200 on his personal Google Pay during the KYC process and later on he cancelled the request

Since the day of cancellation i have been regularly calling him multiple times and its been over a month and he still has not given me the money back and he isnt even answering my calls but his number is active i tried calling him from multiple different numbers but still he isnt receiving

what should i do about this?? and i tried to mail jio but even they didnt understand the issue and said that the request for installation was completed successfully..



Please help me with this

First register a complaint on PGPORTAL then if not solved go to File a police complaint and it will be good to involve a lawyer now since you paid the money on personal account, and wait why do you all become so naive, never ever pay on personal account, always check if its the company a/c or website when making payment.

Otherwise goodbye your 1200 money

I said if PGPORTAL fails, also ok then if won't be taking a stand and love this silent treatment then anyways goodbye money. I understand lawyer situation is bad but hope will be there if case gets filed. Otherwise in a country like India due to lawyer fear no one would have got justice.

Also next time do due diligence, tbh Airfiber is the worst thing that happened. Jio running broad daylight scam saying 2 months free but again taking 600 for connection so not free actually and doing all these shenanigans
