Is MTNL slow since Sunday morning

My MTNL connection is really slow and sometimes i cant connect at all. I have set a complaint to MTNL. Wondering if any of you are having the same problem in the Andheri East area of mumbai.

bt the problem arrives while streaming vedios in you-tube and some flash content : i downloaed this software DU Meter Home Page and it says i am getting less than 100kbps speeds with my 256 kbps connection......

ny suggestions ???

Don't know.. MTNL is acting weird for the last 2 days..

Yes, speed is slow and it goes down even more during night times.
