Is TATA Docomo 3G Data Card LOCKED...????

Hi guys ,

I have bought a DOCOMO Huawei E177 3G data card... Is it locked..??? [ Can I use a BSNL 3G sim instead of docomo sim....???] If it is locked how to unlock it.....?? Can anyone please inform me about this....????

Yup it is locked. If you flash it with modified (or any other) firmware, you will lose warranty.Or you can unlock it. Find someone in the forum who can help you to do it or contact local mobile technician (expert suggested).

Hi, You can use AT^CARDLOCK command in HyperTerminal to unlock the card. To Unlock, you will need an unlock code, which you can easily generate using Universal code calculator.Cheers!!!
