is there any bsnl 495 broadband plan available?

Update: for Punjab region only.

I recently checked this video where the user is claiming to have Fibre 495 Plan at 100MBPS speed, 3300GB FUP. I don't see any plan on the site. anyone using this plan?

Oh, so you meant that. The 499 or 599 plans elsewhere seems fine enough. Why chase a lower plan?
 
Hey sloj, How is your experience with BSNL in GHY? I am thinking of taking BSNL FTTH, what is the ping to Mumbai, Also what is the installation price in GHY?

Fine for me so far. Ping won't be good owing to distance, expect 50+ ms depending on what service or server you want to use. Overall installation cost might depend on the area you live and if they already have existing cabling or not and ONT type, but waiver of ₹500 should be there.

You can ping test yourself from https://bgp.he.net/AS9829. Go to Traceroute on the page, select the type of query you want to perform and enter the address, then select the probe and perform query.
