Is Tikona Broadband available in wired form?

I just have this small question, is Tikona broadband available in Wired form, rather than wire-less form, because i just got to know Tikona is available in my area, and the only other provider i have in my area is BSNL.Primary use will be Online Gaming, and downloads, and I'm sick of BSNL..Please Reply soon.
