This is no joke.i cant understand why dont you beleive this.Just becasue it is not available on any mainstream news dosent mean it is not true.
We need to make TRAI and the concerned ministry dept to STOP this atleast in india,
we need to make our mp's make a net neutrality act in the parliament.

internet 2 is all about this.a highway with toll roads.

internet is so vast and widely used in USA that it can bring down full USA govt if such thing ever happens...and it wont happen.

even if it happens(just assume), then it will happen in USA and we can still access IPs in India or other countries.

If thats the case, i will ask msn to pay me for using their email service (with a hell lot of advts on the mail page), and google for using their search feature, which also forces me to view their "sponsored links" which wastes my time. :hysterical:

i dont think this is true.. i mean im sure companies like google , yahoo etc would do something about it incase its true.. they wont just idle..I think its a pure rumour... But one thing that makes me think it could be true is because of the ipv6 news..It's said that the internet is running out of ipv4 addresses and by 2011 all of them would be used up , therefore no more new connections are possible.. so its important to switch to ipv6 for the internet to stay..this upgrading from ipv4 to ipv6 is pretty expensive and ISP's are finding it difficult to do this upgrading due to the costs.So they probably are trying to bring in such offers where many users back out and they can continue with ipv4 , but how long can they do that!!! But 90% i feel this is false news!!!

This just can't happen.Firstly, it's NOT POSSIBLE.Secondly, do you think all the governments in the world would join hands and act the same way?Thirdly, do you think any government can stay in power if they plan to do so?
