^Yes, but the extent depends upon the locations where it is raining. If it is raining at your place, but not in Delhi (TS NOC is here afaik), you'll still be able to watch the stuff, with some minor disruptions, but if it is raining Delhi, then you're pretty much done for ;)I think thats how it works, not really sure though.

Late. But better late then never.
I wonder how would they replace 10 Million (if that is real figure) STBs from MPEG2 to MPEG4.
Replacing with HD STB is 1 option. We got our STB replaced when we got HD STB. But many people may not need HD.
 
Too late for me anyway was sick of thier service (or lack of it). Shifted to Airtel common dish in our colony. Only time will tell if its a better choice. :)
