MTNL Mumbai [ISSUE] MTNL broadband and landline

Hey guys,

I have an issue with MTNL internet connection.

I got a fresh connection on 24th Jan 2015. I bought a new D2750u router for it.

The issue is whenever I keep my landline recevier connected to the landline, the internet stops working.

I have to keep the receiver off the landline in order to get the internet working. Any solutions to this?

Ok. Got issued a complaint and the line guys fixed it up.

Reason: Some fault in connection between the line wires.

Even i got issue regarding speed i booked the plan 8mbps of 1050 on 18th. I guess it also got activated on same day but still i get 1 mbps. I called aunty on 1504 she says my 14 gb has been used, but from starting 2 days i got near about 1.7 after that 1 mbps only. My landline has no noise what so ever and i am posting my dsl stats too,
Please read them and guide me if there is any issue.
