MTNL Mumbai Issues with facebook

I tried very hard to get the port changed.
But all in vein.
Visited the exchange many times , complained many times and they did changed my port.
But they added me in this same port only despite telling them to add the line on sotl port -.-
Now i honestly dont know what to do

How do you know if your port is changed? Is there anyway to check?

They created the work order in front of me to change the port.
previously i was having 59.183 IP series.
Now i have 59.182 IP series.
you can check your IP series to know if they changed the port or not.
In my case they shifted me to Old Ericsson port if am not wrong .

still facing some issues.
the only thing is that its happening to specific time now,
Normally after 11 pm facebook works perfectly but in morning the same issue occurs. :/
i did some test with command prompt for facebook and for google.
while doing ping test for facebook it shows some packet lost but it doesnt happen with google.

Same issue with me, FB is extremely slow during day and FB constantly disconnect every now and then. Problems with MTNL or FB?

Most probably its with MTNL ,whats your ip series?

i had this IP series before they changed my port.
frequent disconnection was there plus speed issue.

I have a similar problem with Twitter too Infact I asked them if they are deliberately throttling bandwidth or targeting some sites Of course there was no response
