Jio Amazon Prime Bug

So it's been 2 months since the free prime subscription with my dad's Jio postpaid number was over. When we were notified if we would like to renew the subscription by paying INR1499, I clicked on cancel renew, and just like that after expiry, it was removed from the 'My subscriptions' tab.
Since then I have not received any charges for it under the Jio Bill but the Prime subscription still seems to be active.

I guess Amazon Prime get activated for 1 year. I can see on Jio Fiber that Amazon Prime would be available for 1 year for free (after that it might be chargeable).
May be its same with Airtel Postpaid.

They kept Netflix alive for me for 9 months before it was finally disconnected. They’re slow that way, it seems.
