Jio Fibre Postpaid billing

My recharge for 5M 198 Postpaid is due this month, and I am relocating to a place where JioFiber has no service by end of next month, they are making me pay for 5M stating, the "Advance Rental Plan". even if discontinue the connection they wont refund my money for remaining months.. How is this jio plan even postpaid.. Jio agents are smart.. despite pointing and requesting multiple times, it processed my plan as post paid, and only told me that is post paid after payment was done..
