jio giga fiber doubt

I bought jio giga fiber in June. They called me for Jio TV channel connection (it is not DTH, but OTT it seems ) today. If I take I have to pay minimum 699 plan.
So what if I don’t opt for TV connection. can I continue for free internet? How long I can continue? any idea?
