Jio knows it all well, however now the customers are also understanding the game. From what I read and heard there are still Society / Flat culture politicss which can effectively stop entry of any new player moreover Jio is charging a hefty amt to set up infra in the Flats so its not possible to just get entry into any existing Flat society where there are already 1 or 2 isp serving.
