Edit: packet loss does happen on reaching bandwidth but its limited to 1.5% max. Using the "single threaded" speedtest results in 0.0% packet loss. Multi threaded speedtest results in max of 1.5% loss.
@frezzy321 Exactly this. Notice how the packet loss only triggers once the bandwidth ceiling is hit especially on multi-threaded connections. When multi stream traffic (like DASH video chunking or multi-thread downloads) aggressively saturates the line, Jio's strict rate policer kicks in and drops packets immediately instead of queuing them. On single-thread it can pace better, but multi connection bursts choke the line completely.
