JioFiber - Ingame Ping is higher(90+ms) that what it shows on Speedtest(40ms)

I play a game FIFA 21 online. I know majority of the game servers are in Mumbai.
When i run Speedtest and choose the server location in Mumbai, I get an average ping of about 40ms ( I live in Dehradun btw).
But when i hop into the game, the ping measurement feature in the game shows my ping 90+(which it actually is because game lags a lot).
Download and Upload speed are decent. I get 80Mbps+ on both download/upload on a 100mbps plan.

I have tried changing DNS servers to (1.1.1.1) and (8.8.8.8). I can see a little bit improvement in ping ONLY on the Speedtest website. But while playing, ping remains 90+.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks !
 
I dont think FIFA has Indian servers. Based on your ping you might be connecting to Singapore servers. But I dont play FIFA and might be wrong.
 
@Fuzz007 Fifa has servers in mumbai, they use aws. One of the IP's is "3.6.70.88". Check ping to the IP using cmd (use wired connection if possible because it will be accurate).
 
@Fuzz007 I think on speedtest you might have been testing on the Mumbai Jio server. Try one of the IP addresses of AWS mumbai server.
