the way it was presented mostly. i guess since this was more of a documentary than a fiction, i guess there was little they could do to make it interesting. i mean the characters were not developed properly. so much talent in the actors that were hired... but they were just not used properly. the cia putting pressure on him by stealing his bike? by hiding behind his car? it just did not deliver the punch that a movie like this should have delivered. and the ending was kind of frustrating. cia just gave up? on a basis of a single article? maybe i missed something. but i guess the guy committing suicide basically sums it up.

Dude's life was pretty much ruined and his suicide is a matter of much debate. They should've touched upon that.
yup. the movie pretty much ended on a positive note. he gives up his job and decides to spend more time with his family. and then they tell us that he commits suicide after 8 years. and he never got a job again even though his report was based on facts and it was confirmed by the cia itself and blah blah.
