Its not clear if he wud be brought back to India. I hope that Bangladesh govt doesnt release him giving some "loophole" excuse.

Looks like this case is going on path of Hafiz (Mumbai attacks) and Masood Azhar (Afgan Hijack). Pak first arrested them and released saying "no evidence"
