redirect2 link works for me but no usage data is shown. When I click FUP history or Know your usage, a server error 500 shows instead. Will check on desktop later again.

Some user had that issue.
My office connection doesn't work whereas my home connection works!

I am using my home connection on phone with all the necessary changes applied. Should have worked but let's see if moving to desktop helps.

The redirect1 and redirect2 portals don't work.
The Selfcare portal straight-up claims: "User profile not found".
Using the same Username and Password combo from within the ONT/ONU Internet page

Only one should load ideally with your login information. Do redirect 1 and 2 pages not load at all?

@sloj Neither of the Redirect websites load.
What is even more frustrating is that the Account Login doesn't work with the error "User profile not found". There's no way to even create an account.

@alap4m Strange, all 3 sites load fine here. You don't create account on these sites. They check if your account exists and retrieves your data. Each site caters to different zones I think and the message you got means that site isn't for your zone. It's either one of the 2 redirect sites.
