@IRIE You are most likely using third-party DNS.
Ensure you have DNS settings to Default from ISP.
Only then will one of the Redirect websites will work.

I've tried all the sites, nothing seems to work for me. Either they say some technical problem or user not live. Used BSNL dns. Contacted isp, let's see what they say.

redirect1 and 2 gave User not live. Below redirect3 url worked for me
